Child and Family Service Satisfaction SurveyThis study aimed to measure satisfaction with the services provided by Child and Family to parents on the one hand and the services provided by the Growing Up agency to childcare centers on the other.Growing Up opted for an efficient survey using a mixed-methods design using both online and telephone surveys. Full research assignment: the preparation and creation of the various questionnaires, organisation of the surveys, statistical analysis of the data and reporting of the results.
We conducted five surveys and performed statistical analysis regarding users/consumers' perception of the Belgian electronic communications market A written mail survey among a representative sample of the Belgian population/consumers.Full research assignment: the creation and optimisation of a questionnaire (NL/FR), organisation of a survey, statistical analysis of data and reporting of the results (NL/FR).
Online impact measurement (post-test) of an ACP information campaign The assignment involved the organisation of an impact measurement after the end of the campaign on advance care planning (ACP), consisting of an online survey of 1,000 Belgians aged 40 and over on the one hand and around 100 general practitioners on the other (NL/FR).The full research assignment included questionnaire design, data analysis, reporting and presentation of results.
Study on the use of communication by people with disabilities The purpose of the study was to understand the use of communication by the target groups of the Directorate General of People with Disabilities. This administration wanted to communicate with its target audiences in an efficient and substantiated manner.The research involved both a quantitative and a qualitative component. Quantitatively, the target population was surveyed through a web survey; qualitatively through focus groups. The study was a full research project that included the design and content of the questionnaire (NL/FR) and the processing and statistical analysis of the quantitative survey on the one hand, and the design of the script (NL/FR), the organisation of focus groups, the processing and analysis of the focus groups, and reporting and presentation of both quantitative and qualitative results on the other.
Study on paternity/maternity leave utilisation by fathers and co-mothersSix thousand maternity/paternity leave beneficiaries received a written invitation to participate in the survey. Respondents completed a 60-question online questionnaire about taking maternity/paternity leave and their experiences regarding motherhood or fatherhood. Initial analyses involved frequency tables of all responses and cross-tabulations of all response variables by gender; gender & age; gender & education level; and gender & language, including significance testing.
Creation of online Regional Air-Climate Energy Plan questionnaire To comply with art.1.4.9 of the Brussels Air, Climate and Energy Management Code, Brussels Environment subjected the draft Air-Climate-Energy Plan of the Brussels Capital Region and its environmental impact report to a public inquiry. MAS Research was responsible for creating an online questionnaire concerning the draft plan survey.
Satisfaction survey of rail passengers with reduced mobility SNCB wanted to conduct a satisfaction survey of travellers with reduced mobility who requested assistance through the call centre or online form in the past year (2021) and whose phone number was registered in the SNCB systems.The data were collected by telephone CATI methodology from N=400 rail passengers.The study was a full research project that included questionnaire (NL/FR) assessment and processing, statistical analysis, reporting and presentation of results.
Survey of the Flemish population's sorting behaviour This assignment involved organising a survey of citizens in Flanders, using quantitative and qualitative research to learn about the motives behind their sorting and prevention behaviour. This knowledge was intended to lead to more efficient actions towards the different socio-demographic profiles.
Passer-by survey and focus group in two districts in the Brussels Capital Region with different socio-economic profiles as part of the district improvement contract As part of drafting a district improvement contract, face-to-face passerby surveys were conducted with passersby/residents of two delineated areas. In addition to processing and analysing the data, the results had to be interpreted to gain an understanding of residents' perceptions. The survey was followed by a focus group with local residents to discuss the results in greater depth.
Study on digitalisation rates within companiesThe study's target audience comprised around 21,000 active Limburg companies with employees.The questioning was done through an online survey. A selection of companies was invited to complete the online survey. The questionnaire was followed up with approximately 6,000 telephone surveys (CATI) among non-responders. The questionnaire consisted of 10 sections with a total of 45 questions based on Statbel's survey, making it possible to compare the Limburg survey results to European, national and Flemish data or indices.This study was a full research project from questionnaire design and content to processing, statistical analysis, reporting and presentation of results.
Antwerpse MonitorSince 2014, the Antwerpse Monitor has been sent out to a gross sample of 500 Antwerp residents every week. The questionnaire changes every 6 weeks (one wave). MAS Research is responsible for handling and entering the completed questionnaires. Mobility survey among residents of AntwerpMAS Research was responsible for handling and entering the completed written Mobility Antwerp questionnaires.Sports participation survey Antwerp MAS Research was responsible for handling and entering the completed Sport Antwerp questionnaires.
A face-to-face survey by Antwerp monitor of residents from the aliens' registerThe assignment included the fieldwork for the face-to-face survey of a sample of residents from the aliens’ register. These were in-home interviews at the respondents’ homes. MAS Research provided the cleaned raw data set along with the response report and technical report.
Baseline measurement among Arsenaal residentsTo measure the impact of the neighbourhood improvement contract for the Arsenaal district in Mechelen, a baseline measurement had to be performed at the start of the project.Specifically, the questionnaire prepared by the city had to be incorporated into a survey to be completed by the district's residents. This had to be possible both digitally (online questionnaire) and on paper. MAS Research was also responsible for processing the responses into a readable report.
Mobility survey of the inhabitants of the city of Ghent The purpose of the study was to obtain a representative insight into the travel behaviour and quantitative and qualitative mobility experience of the inhabitants of the city of Ghent using an online/written survey (including a travel diary).
Online survey, written survey, handling and processing the COVID follow-up survey and SV surveys 2 through 5 in 2021–2022, and the COVID follow-up survey and follow-up surveys SV1 through SV6. The assignment involved fieldwork for six Statistics Flanders surveys, specifically 1 COVID follow-up survey and 5 SV surveys. All questionnaires were identical in approach (mixed-mode mobile first).MAS Research also conducted the SV survey No. 1 and the COVID survey of 2021.
